The program is managed according to the following guidelines:
All Employees are eligible to receive a referral incentive with the following exceptions;
Staff Augmentation
Business Unit Heads
Hiring Managers
Internship and Graduate Roles
Rehired Employees (including contractors, etc.)
Staff transferred from other client of Teligent
Referrers must submit their referrals to Staff Augmentation Team (SAT) - sateam@teligentsystems.ph
All referrals introduced under this program will be subject to the standard recruitment and selection process.
Where the same CV is received from different eligible sources under this program, date and time of the receipt of the CV will be considered. The referrer who first sent the CV will be considered for the referral fee.
The referral should have not applied for a job in Teligent in the past twelve (12) months through any other source, whether by social media, website, recruitment vendor, or direct application.
eTeligent staff are also eligible going through the same process.

Referral fee is credited every month-end
The initial half of the referral fee is paid after the referral’s first month of employment. The remaining shall be paid upon successful completion of the first six months of the staff.
Payments shall be subject to statutory deductions.
Referrer should send an email to the SAT one week after the referral’s first month of employment copy HR – hrtsi@teligentsystems.ph – for verification and confirmation. Referrer should state in the email the full name of the successful referee, date hired, and the client or department assigned to (for internal requirements).
The referrer must be an active staff at the time of payout.
In addition to the referral fee, referrers will be able to earn points every successful referral for them to qualify to the Annual Awarding.
One (1) point is given for every successful referral that falls under the Blue Tag and two (2) points under Red Tag.
The points will be credited to the referrer only after the referral’s first month of employment.
The cut off period for points earned will be at the close of business five working days before the awarding date.
The points earned by the referrer are cumulative, non-transferable, and coterminous with Teligent employment / engagement.
The T4T Annual Awarding will be held during the Teligent Systems Christmas / Anniversary Party
The Annual Top Referrer will receive P10,000 in check plus a gift. Consolation prizes for other awardees who have earned a minimum of five (5) points will receive P500 worth of gift equivalents.
In case of a tie for the top prize, the cash prize will be divided accordingly and each winner will receive a gift.
This program supercedes any existing programs on referral bonus and is effective at the start of business on Wednesday, 16 October 2019 until further until further notice and subject to management approval. Points earned from the effective date will be carried over to the first Annual Awarding in 2020.
